The Revenue Operations Manager will serve as a critical backbone for Builder Prime’s GTM organization, driving data accuracy, process automation, and cross-functional alignment. This individual will act as a generalist with a strong emphasis on data, reporting, and systems enablement, ensuring Sales, Marketing, and CS have the insights and tools to operate effectively.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, this role will partner directly with GTM leadership to deliver reliable reporting, enforce process governance, and unlock growth opportunities across the funnel.
Build & Maintain Source of Truth Reporting
Develop daily/weekly dashboards for pipeline coverage, conversion, churn/retention, and activity pacing.
Data Governance & Workflow Automation
Own CRM administration (HubSpot)
Normalize/enrich data fields, deduplicate records, and enforce system integrity.
Automate cross-object associations and streamline lead routing, deal desk workflows, and renewal/expansion processes.
Sales Operations Support
Partner with SDR/AE teams on list building, campaign follow-up, and pipeline governance.
Implement scalable processes for activity tracking, sequence reporting, and territory/lead routing as teams expand.
Customer Success Operations Support
Uplevel renewal and expansion dashboards; track health scores and churn risk.
Partner with CS leadership to improve visibility into adoption, retention, and expansion forecasting.
Marketing Operations Partnership
Support campaign setup, attribution modeling, and multi-channel reporting.
Ensure inbound/outbound attribution is visible and trusted.
Tech Stack & Tooling
Audit and optimize the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Seamless AI, Clay, Swyft AI, etc.).
Partner in subscription management implementation and evaluate future systems for scalability.
2–3 years experience in RevOps/GTM Ops/Sales Ops/CS Ops at a high-growth SaaS (Series A–Series D), serving multiple GTM stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, CS) with broad ownership across systems, processes, and analytics—not a single-function (e.g., CRM-only) specialist.
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience building reports and dashboards in HubSpot (or other tools).
Ability to diagnose and resolve workflow/process issues across GTM systems.
Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Go-to-Market (GTM) stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for GTM leaders.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, CRM tools, and reporting platforms
Experience with marketing automation platforms and attribution modeling.
Exposure to tools such as Seamless, Clay, Gong, Swyft AI, Zapier, or Pendo.
Knowledge of SaaS GTM motions and/or home improvement industry experience.
Experience with BI platforms and advanced analytics

This position will pay a base salary of $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and location, with an additional variable compensation element to be discussed in the interview process.
