The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Researcher to support our team with online research, data entry, and lead enrichment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow.
You’ll research company and contact information, verify logistics-related data, and assist with workflows that power our platform. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn about global trade while building a career in data, operations, or customer support.
What You’ll Do
Research companies and decision-maker contacts online (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Verify and tag data for accuracy on our platform
Support internal teams with ad hoc research and spreadsheet prep
Follow structured SOPs and checklists to ensure quality results
What We’re Looking For
1+ year in research, data entry, or virtual assistant roles
Strong web research and spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Strong written English communication
Nice-to-Haves: CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable), B2B data tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo), or interest in logistics/supply chain.
